Dawn Wittner is a dedicated and knowledgeable REALTOR® proudly serving South Texas, including Live Oak, Bee, Jim Wells, and San Patricio counties. A lifelong resident of rural Live Oak County, Dawn offers deep-rooted local insight and a genuine passion for helping clients find the perfect home, ranch, or investment property. Her journey in real estate began early with her first job as an administrative assistant in a local brokerage, sparking a lasting interest in the field. Though her career led her into human resources—where she spent over 20 years honing skills in leadership, negotiation, and client relations—her heart always remained in real estate. Eventually, she followed her dream and returned to the industry full-time. Today, Dawn brings the same level of professionalism, integrity, and client-focused dedication that made her a success in HR to every real estate transaction. She holds the RSPS (Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist) designation, is endorsed with C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) by the National Association of REALTORS®, and is currently pursuing her ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) certification to better serve her buyer clients. Deeply connected to her community, Dawn is also an active member of the Texas Cattlewomen’s Association, maintaining strong ties to South Texas’s agricultural roots. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring local history, spending time outdoors, metal detecting, crafting, and making memories with her husband and grandchildren along the Texas Gulf Coast. She and her husband, Jim, live on a small ranch just outside of Beeville and raise Black Angus cattle. They have two children and four grandchildren. Before moving to Beeville, she and Jim owned an industrial machine service company in Alvin, TX, which served customers nationwide. Her responsibilities in the company included office management of seven employees, inside sales, and fiscal management. Beverly has been a licensed realtor for 19 years, a Broker since 2016, and is consistently a leading producer in the Bee County market. After working for ten years, she is now the proud owner of South Texas Land and Home, LLC. Beverly values hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service in everything she does. She has proven strengths in contract negotiations, real estate laws and regulations, market knowledge, and building a strong network of industry contacts. When Beverly is not making property ownership dreams come true for her clients, she volunteers in the Bee County Council of Realtors and supports Bee County 4-H and the Bee County Junior Livestock and Homemaker Show. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, riding horses, and gardening.

Cameryn Kerr was raised in Beeville, Texas, and moved to Live Oak County 14 years ago after meeting and marrying her husband, Robert Kerr, a proud fourth-generation resident of the area. Together, they’re raising their three wonderful children—Khylie, Kyndall, and Dirks—deeply rooted in the values and close-knit community of South Texas. After dedicating her twenties to raising her family, Cameryn felt the time was right to pursue her long-standing passion for real estate, especially with her youngest now in school. Inspired by the legacy of John Walker, who built Desert Flower Realty over an impressive 32 years, she is honored to carry forward the foundation he established. Soon after earning her real estate license, Cameryn joined South Texas Land and Home in Beeville under the guidance of Broker/Owner Beverly Landrum. Beverly became a trusted mentor, instilling in her the importance of trust, integrity, and dedication in real estate. When John Walker decided to retire, Cameryn was presented with the incredible opportunity to acquire Desert Flower Realty. Lauren began her real estate career shortly after relocating to Beeville, Texas, with her husband, Donald, in 2013. Now a licensed Realtor for over a decade, she has consistently been a top-producing agent and is experienced in residential, commercial, and farm and ranch properties. She is currently serving her second term as President of the Bee County Board of Realtors. Originally from the San Antonio/Hill Country area, Lauren is a proud graduate of the University of the Incarnate Word, where she earned a BA in Nutrition, Dietetics, and Business Administration. Not long after settling in Bee County, Lauren and Donald purchased a charming farmhouse with acreage just outside of town. Since then, they’ve grown their family with two wonderful children. A lifelong athlete, Lauren stays active through CrossFit, coaching both in the gym and on her son’s soccer team, and enjoying the occasional fishing trip in Rockport with her family—all while thriving as a full-time Realtor.
