Beverly Landrum is a native Texan who has lived in Bee County for over twenty years. She and her husband, Jim, live on a small ranch just outside of Beeville and raise Black Angus cattle. They have two children and four grandchildren. Before moving to Beeville, she and Jim owned an industrial machine service company in Alvin, TX, which served customers nationwide. Her responsibilities in the company included office management of seven employees, inside sales, and fiscal management.
Beverly has been a licensed realtor for 19 years, a Broker since 2016, and is consistently a leading producer in the Bee County market. After working for ten years, she is now the proud owner of South Texas Land and Home, LLC. Beverly values hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service in everything she does. She has proven strengths in contract negotiations, real estate laws and regulations, market knowledge, and building a strong network of industry contacts.
When Beverly is not making property ownership dreams come true for her clients, she volunteers in the Bee County Council of Realtors and supports Bee County 4-H and the Bee County Junior Livestock and Homemaker Show. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, riding horses, and gardening.
